• Sufficient time - Give us enough time to translate and, if relevant, proofread/edit your work properly.
• Advance notice - It's easier for us to allocate the right translator to your assignment if you give us as much advance notice as possible.
• Clearly legible text - We always prefer to receive the text in electronic format rather than hard copy, as text that is difficult to read, whether hand-written or faint, leads to delays and extra expense.
• Reference material - Relevant reference/background material always helps to ensure consistency of terminology. If at all possible, this reference material should be in electronic format and cover both the source and target languages.
